In June of 2018, Taos Ski Valley was awarded the Gold level recognition from Family Friendly New Mexico. In January of 2020, we went from Gold to Platinum, and in 2021, we are proud to have earned the Platinum recognition for the second year in a row. This award is an important recognition of the work being done to keep New Mexico families' well-being front and center. Our family-friendly policies include paid health days, paid volunteer time, a robust employee assistance program, and equitable hiring and compensation practices.
