HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE FUTURE OF TAOS SKI VALLEY!

The revival of Taos Ski Valley is the culmination of our belief that better does not mean bigger. It is the start of a new future that adds the year-round amenities and experiences of a world class resort, while retaining its current intimacy and scale, without losing the traditions, values and culture that make Taos Ski Valley special.

Our residential offerings will embody a classic, modern, rustic style that reflects sophisticated design direction, combining natural wood finish on floors, doors, beams and trim with spacious effect of white plaster walls. We will move forward with residential offerings in the heart of the village that will continue the use of the unexpected, enhancing the quirky elements which have been so well received in The Blake at Taos Ski Valley.. An inviting sense of place that you will call home as your residence is an eclectic mixture of modern lighting, comfortable and cozy furniture with a touch of antique here and there.

If you are interested in the latest updates in the revitalization of Taos Ski Valley and future construction plans including current and future real estate offerings, please either stop by the Preview Center, conveniently located in the Resort Plaza across from 192 at The Blake or give me a call or send an email as I am here to assist with your interests.

I look forward to seeing you at Taos.

Warm Regards,
Leslie

Future of Taos

Stop by the Preview Center for full details on our upcoming projects.

From development projects like new lodging options, to on-mountain improvements like new chairlifts, the future of Taos promises exciting additions to the resort.

The 2014 construction of the Kachina Peak chairlift was the first of our efforts to enhance the skiing and riding experience. By making additional chairlift upgrades and improving tree glading and snowmaking efficiencies, we will expand terrain accessibility to offer improved skiing and riding.

Many resort updates are included in our Master Development Plan, which outlines proposed on-mountain improvements designed to enhance the resort’s year-round offerings. Such proposals include new mountain bike trails, climbing courses and nordic trails.

Redevelopment of the base village will complement the new lodging options available at Taos. A new village at the foot of the resort will include a riverwalk experience and new shops, creating a re-energized atmosphere for the guest.

We hope you’ll join us as we create a welcoming resort experience for all. For more information about the future of Taos Ski Valley, click here
