How to redeem your rentals:
Prior to arrival, fill out the rental waiver. Once at the resort, proceed to Taos Rentals, located in the plaza level of The Blake, show your ID at the check-in counter, then let the experts at Taos Rentals take care of the rest!

How to reserve the shuttle:
During the booking process, in the customize section, select "Ski Taos Shuttle." If you did not reserve the shuttle during the booking process, call 833.359.8267 (FLY TAOS) to add it to your itinerary.

Check two pieces, up to 38 lbs, free of charge. Have your own ski/snowboard gear? One ski/snowboard bag and one boot bag count as one piece of baggage.

How do I reserve my complimentary rentals?
You don't have to do anything! All ticketed passengers on a Taos Air flight have rentals automatically set aside for them.
Can I use my complimentary rentals at another resort?
No. The complimentary rentals are only valid for use at Taos Ski Valley.
Can I give my rentals to my friend who didn't fly?
No. Rentals are only for ticketed Taos Air passengers and cannot be transferred to another person.
Can I get demo gear as my complimentary rentals?
Yes! The complimentary rentals are valid for all levels of equipment (sport, performance, and demo) to appropriately match the guest's skill level. To learn more about our different types of rental gear, visit the rental page.
Will the shuttle take me to my hotel in town?
No. The shuttle service only goes to Taos Ski Valley. Please contact your lodging in town to coordinate airport pick up.
