Saturdays: Pre-Ski Yoga with Monica

This 60-minute class meets at 9AM every Saturday throughout the season.

Be ready for your day on the mountain!  This class starts gently and builds to warm up the body for spending the day gliding down the mountain.  However you choose to spend your day, let this practice of postures, breath, proprioceptive awareness and inner focus facilitate your unique balance of body, mind and your innermost being.  A great way to set the tone for your day.
