Mark your calendar for the 3rd Annual Summer Wine Festival at Taos Ski Valley, August 23rd - 25th. Wine tastings, food, hiking, live music and more will fill your weekend in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

Friday, August 23:

3:00pm – 6:00pm: Guest Welcome Check-In & Registration

  • Glass of sparkling wine given upon check-in provided by Vega Barcelona Cava NV

5:00pm – 9:00pm: Wine & Dine Around

An interactive dinner through Taos Ski Valley.  Amuse-bouche & one course paired with wine served at three of Taos Ski Valley's most celebrated culinary & wine restaurants.

Amuse-Bouche: Lemongrass Braised Pork Belly

Main Course: Pork Roulade

Chirzo and Cotija Inside, Black Bean Puree

Paired with: 2016 Badenhorst ‘Secateurs’ Red Blend, Swartland South Africa


The Blonde Bear Tavern: Executive Chef Jon Mudder and Sous Chef Andrew Horton

9:00am – 12:00pm: Activities in Taos Ski Valley

  • Hiking, Climbing, Horseback Riding & Fly Fishing Clinics

10:00am – 11:00am: Yoga & Wine in Plaza by  Broadbent Vinho Verde & Badenhorst ‘Secateurs’ Rose

  • Please bring your own mat

12:00pm – 2:00pm: Wine & Swine Lunch

  • Lunch at Taos Ski Valley Resort Plaza
  • Live Music by Robert Quijano

3:00pm – 4:00pm: Chocolate & Wine Class presented by Chokola
