2019 SPEAKER SERIES AT TAOS
Taos Ski Valley's Speaker Series Program aims to deepen and enhance our guests' understanding of Taos Ski Valley and the larger community. We have invited over 40 organizations and individuals who make Taos "Taos." From Astronauts, to quartets, and anglers, each week we learn a little more about what makes Taos unique, and how to keep it that way.
In the winter of 2017, Taos Ski Valley became the first resort in the world to become a certified B-Corporation. In the company of businesses like Patagonia and Ben and Jerry ’s, 2,000 corporations globally have pledged to use the power of business for good. B-Corps change their bylaws to take into account the interests of the stakeholders as well as the shareholders, by meeting the highest standards of environmental, social, and employment performance and transparency.
The Speaker Series has been a natural and successful evolution of this commitment. Through weekly lectures and actively engaging our networks, The Speaker Series is building community! Stay connected, and see you there!
