Why TAOS?

What could be better than being in the mountains every day for work, the strong connections you build with co-workers, and an opportunity to build a career? You don’t have to be a skier or snowboarder to join our team this winter. We hope you learn to do so while working here, but it’s not required for most jobs. In addition to the benefits offered below we have an awesome staff shuttle system to provide free, reliable transportation between the Town and the Ski Valley each day, accommodating both early morning and late evening work schedules. Working at Taos Ski Valley is an incredible way to get your family and friends more involved in Snowsports. Every full-time staff member gets a free season pass for their spouse and children and complimentary tickets for friends and family. We can’t wait to meet you!

AccOlaDes & RegOnitiOns

From Our Team:

“I love my job at Taos Ski Valley, not only because I get to work in such an awe-inspiring, mountain environment (the fact that I have a pair of dedicated work skis is not lost on me), or because I constantly feel supported to grow and challenge myself in my career path, but most importantly because of the amazing community of people I’ve had the opportunity to meet and call friends. The folks I’ve gotten to connect with from working here, both other staff members and regular guests alike, truly keep me coming back every year.” - Kim, IT Manager
