
World Pro Ski Tour World Championships

Back for its second year!
TAOS will once again host the World Pro Ski Tour World Championships!
This event is the country's foremost professional alpine race tour where athletes compete side-by-side in a single-elimination format. This Tour features Olympians, World Cup athletes, and professional skiers from around the world and culminates in the World Championship tournament on TAOS's world-renowned terrain.

The race is completely free to attend! But, for $10, you can be a part of our raffle!
Each raffle ticket comes with a limited-edition World Pro Ski Tour cowbell for cheering on your favorite competitors and enters you to win amazing prize packages from our partners! All proceeds from the raffle benefit the Taos Pueblo Working on Wellness non-profit which works to get indigenous kids outdoors and includes programs like the Charles N. Romero Youth Snowsports Program.

How can i get to kachina basin during the race?
You can ski/ride there! Once at the top of Lift 2, take Honeysuckle to Lower Patton to get to the viewing area. Or, we will have shuttles running from the Lower Plaza to Kachina Basin beginning at 7AM each day.

Can I Ski/Ride During the Race?
Yes! The rest of the mountain will be open to skiing/riding. Taos Winter 23 passes as well as Winter 24 passes will be valid during this time. Guests without a season pass may purchase a lift ticket here.
