I am a winter 24 season passholder. How can i redeem my summer benefits?
To receive your 10% off Scenic Lift Rides, proceed to the Lake Fork Ticket Office on the day of your visit to have the discount applied to your purchase.
Please call 888.364.0467 to book and receive the discount on Via Ferrata tours.
What is the refund policy for summer day tickets?
Cancellation requests received more than 72 hours prior to the purchased start date will receive a full refund. Requests received within 72 hours of the purchased start date will be non-refundable. However, guests may be eligible for a voucher for future use.
